Common Name The Pacific Cleisostoma

Found in New Caledonia and Vanuatu at elevations around 350 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot growing epiphyte with an erect to pendent-arcuate, leafy stem enveloped by leaf bearing sheaths carrying distichous, spreading, coriaceous, linear, unequally roundly bilobed apically leaves that blooms on an axillary, paniculate to rarely unbranched, peduncle terete, [17 to 25 cm] long, branches 1 to 2.8" [2.5 to 7 cm] long, many flowered inflorescence with triangular, spreading to reflexed floral bracts and carrying small flowers with whitish, pale green or yellow tepals and a white lip.
