Found in northern Vietnam within evergreen broad leaved closed, submontane forests at elevations of 600 to 800 meters as a small to medium sized, warm growing epiphyte with a pendent, elongate stem enveloped completely by leaf bases carrying liner-falcate, terete leaves that blooms in the later summer and earlier fall on a lateral, 1" [2.5 cm] long, simultaneously few flowered inflorescence
