Found in Colombia and Venezuela at elevations around 1800 to 1900 meters as a small sized, cool growing terrestrial with an erect, stem carrying towards the middle 3, amplexicaul, softly fleshy, conduplicate, linear, acute leaves that blooms on a terminal short, three flowered inflorescence
