Found in Thailand, Laos and Vietnam at elevations around 1000 meters as a mini-miniature sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with small, cylindrical, basally narrowing, 2 internoded pseudobulbs carrying 3 to 4 , apical leaves that blooms in the summer on a short, epedunculate, 1.2" [3 cm] long, 5 to 12 flowered inflorescence holding the flowers in a tight cylindrical cluster
