Common Name The Most Modest Habenaria

Flower Size .28" [7 mm]

Found in Rio de Janiero state of Brazil as a miniature sized, terrestrial with a short, erect stem carrying all along the stem, ovate-oblong below, acuminate, amplexicaul, lanceolate above leaves that blooms on a terminal, erect, few flowered inflorescence with ovate-lanceolate, acute to acuminate, loner than below, shorter than above floral bracts.

Hoehne states that this species is similar to H armata but differ most in the leaves, the size of the flowers and the length of the inflorescence.
