Common Name The Monadenium-Like Habenaria [a type of Euphorbia - succulent like plant]

Flower Size .72" [1.8 cm]

Found in central Madagascar on rocky quartzite outcrops at elevations of 1400 to 2200 meters as a medium sized, cool to cold growing lithophyte with an erect stem carrying 6 to 9, suberect, lanceolate, acute, grading smaller above leaves that blooms in the summer on an erect, terminal, cylindrical, rachis to 6" [15 cm] long, uniformly densely many flowered inflorescence with elliptical to lanceolate-acuminate, as long as the pedicel floral bracts carrying glabrous, white flowers.
