Common Name The Worm Like Spur Habenaria

Found in southwest Yunnan province of China in forests at elevations around 1200 meters as a medium sized, cool growing terrestrial with a terete stem enveloped basally by 3 to 4 near basal, 6 to 8 bract-like above, narrowly obong, narrowly elliptic to narrowly spatulate, papery, acute to acuminate, attenuate below into the amplexicaul sheath leaves that blooms in the fall on an erect, terminal, 4 to 7.2" [10 to 18 cm] long, loosely 15 to 30 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, much shorter than the ovary, aristate apically floral bracts and carrying pinkish white flowers.
