Found in Mexico state of Mexico at elkevations of 2200 to 2400 meters as a small to medium sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect, glabrous stem carrying all along the stem, lanceolate, acuminate basally clasping leaves that blooms in the later summer on an erect, terminal, several to many flowered inflorescence
