Common Name The Habenaria Pumila Like Habenaria

Flower Size .4" [1 cm] wide

Found in Peru and Bolivia in grasslands at elevations around 3000 to 3200 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing terrestrial with an erect short stem carrying 4 to 5, cauline, imbricate, upper ones reduced to bracts, acute, basally conduplicate and clasping leaves that blooms in the late spring and summer on an erect, terminal, 2.4" [6 cm] long, 4 to 7 flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, long acuminate floral bracts and carrying small, greenish yellow flowers.
