Common Name Robinson's Habenaria

Found on Luzon in the province of Laguna of the Philippines on rocks and mossy boulders at elevations of 50 to 100 meters as a miniature to small sized, hot growing terrestrial with elongate tubers giving rise to linear, acuminate slightly contracted basally leaves that blooms in the winter on a terminal, slender, 4 to 10.8" [10 to 27 cm] long, 1 to few flowered inflorescence with as long as to slightly longer than the ovary floral bracts and carrying relatively large white showy flowers .
This species bears a striking resemblance to H rhodocheila but readily distinguished by its different leaves, long aristate bracts and the white flowers
