Common Name Vogel's Habenaria [German Collector in Africa 1800's]

Flower Size

Found in Cameroon in marshy montane meadows at elevations aroun 500 to 600 meters as a medium to just large sized, warm growing terrestrial with 2, large, globose-pedicellate tubers giving rise to an erect stem carrying narrowly lanceolate, acuminate, remote leaves that blooms in the later summer on an erect, lax, several flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, acute, half as long as the pedicel floral bracts and carrying whitish flowers.
