Common Name Bohnk's Leptotes [Brazilian Orchid Enthusiast Current]

Flower Size .8" [23 cm]

Found in Bahia State of Brazil in montane rainforests at elevations of 800 to 1000 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with clumping, 4-6" [10 to 15 cm] long, terete leaves, that blooms in the spring on short spikes that emerge from the base of the newly matured leaves and each carrying one to four 2" lavender pink blooms with a darker purple arrow shaped lip.
