Common Name Orosco's Lepanthes [Guatemalan Lepanthes enthusiast current]

Found in Guatemala at elevations around 2850 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cold growing, caespitose epiphyte with filiform ramicauls enveloped by 4 to 5, dark brown lepanthiform sheaths with dilated ostia and carrying a single, apical, erect, elliptic-oblong, lilac, fleshy, tridentate, middle lobe longest, gradually narrowing below into the petiolate base leaf that blooms on a subcompact, distichous, zigzag, .8" [2 cm] long, successively single, few flowered inflorescence enveloped basally by floral bracts.
