Common Name Salazar's Lepanthes [Mexican botanist current]

Flower Size 1.8" [4.5 mm]

Found in Alta Verapaz department of Guatemala in cloud forests at elevations around 1600 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect ramicauls enveloped by 4 to 7, brown, microscopically dentate lepanthiform sheaths and carrying a single, apical, elliptic, tridentate, petiolate base leaf that blooms late winter and early spring on an erect, .4" [1 cm] between each flower, 2.4" [6 cm] long, successively single, several flowered inflorescence .
