Found in northeastern and southeastern Madagascar Madagascar in humid forests at elevations of 190 to 1500 meters as a mini-miniature sized, hot to cool growing epiphyte with ovate-conical pseudobulbs carrying 2, oval-lanceolate leaves that blooms in the summer and earlier fall on an erect, peduncle short, 2.8" [7 cm] long overall, many flowered iflorescence with lanceolate, as long as to longer than the ovary floral bracts.
