Found in Yunnan province of China at elevations of 1600 to 2100 meters as a mini-miniature sized, cool to cold growing epiphyte with a pendent stem carrying 5 to 6, distichous-equitant, laterally compressed, ensiform, slightly fleshy, acute, margins more or less undulate, non-articulate base leaves that blooms in the later summer on a pendent, peduncle 1.6 to 4" [4 to 10 cm] long, densely many flowered inflorescence with lanceolate, longer than the ovary floral bracts

CAUTION Said to be a synonym of O obcordata but if this determination is correct for this species then it is certainly different and not synonomous!
