Found in Nagaland India and Yunnan China and expected in northern Burma on tree trunks or branches in broad-leaved forests at elevations of 1600 to 2000 meters as a mini-miniature to just small sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect to ascending stems carrying fleshy leaves that blooms in the later winter and early spring on 1 to 2, arching to pendulous,[3 to 4.5 cm] long, rachis clavate, 2 to 10 flowered inflorescence with ovate, membraneous, shorter than the ovary floral bracts.
