Common Name The Arfak Mountain Platanthera

Flower Size

Found in western New Guinea in low scrub with light grey clay at elevations around 2400 meters as a medium sized, cold growing terrestrial.

All flower parts are a light green and the plant is rather common.

Kew now considers this species as a synonym of P elliptica, but I have left them separate for now.
