Found in Sao Paulo state of Brazil without locational data as a mini-miniature sized, caespitose epiphye with short, erect to ascending, terete ramicauls carrying a single, apical, erect, fleshy,oblanceolate, acute and minutely tridentate apically, distinctly one nerved, thin, margined, cuneate below into the long petiolate base leaf that blooms on a single, capillary, 1.6 to 2.4" [4 to 6 cm] long, longer than the leaf, rachis strict, fractiflex, laxly, successively single, several flowered inflorescence.

CAUTION!! Similar and compared to to P grobyi by Cogniaux, Toscano & Luer [2-15] found that it is most likely a synonym of P fusca in the section Effusae.
