Found Pasco department of Peru in humid lower montane forests at elevations around 1800 meters as a miniature to small sized, cool growing epiphyte with herbaceous, rosulate, villose, elliptical to ovate-elliptic, acuminate, narrowing below into the petiolate base leaves that blooms in the fall on 1 to 2, erect, scapose, terminal, racemose, 7.2 top [18 to 30 cm] long, successively single, several flowered inflorescence with broadly lanceolate floral bracts and carrying non-resupinate flowers
