Common Name The Slim Lipped Pterostylis - The Narrow Lipped Leafy Greenhood

Flower Size .48 to .6" [1.2 to 1.5 cm]

Found in Tasmania in heathy coastal and inland forests at elevations of 5 to 300 meters as a miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a rosette stalk carrying 3 to 5, entire to crinkled margined leaves that blooms in the winter and early spring on an erect, 4.8 to 12" [12 to 30 cm] long, provided with 5 ti 6 stem leaves, 1 to 7 flowered inflorescence.
