Common Name The Fused Sepal Pterygodium

Flower Size 1" [2.5 cm] wide

Found in western and southwestern Cape Province South Africa in sheltered locations on slopes at elevations up to 1050 meters as a mini-miniature to small sized, cold growing terrestrial with a slender stem carrying 2 to 3, basal one lorate to narrowly ovate, obtuse, upper ones narrower tapering towards the apex, acute leaves that blooms in the late winter and spring on a terminal, erect, 8 to 15 flowered inflorescence with deflexed, narrowly ovate, acute floral bracts and carries well open flowers that have a strong scent
