Common Name Isabel's Selenipedium

Flower Size

Found from Para and Bahia states of Brazil with an erect, pubscent stem carrying, plicate, elliptic, acute leaves that blooms in the summer on a pubescent, terminal, successively single, several flowered inflorescence with many imbricate, conduplicate, acute bracts.

CAUTION The flower photo is purported to be from Sao Paulo and there are no listings for this species in that state of Brazil. I need better references. Please use with caution.
