Found in northeastern Cuba at elevations below 600 meters as a mini-miniature sized [plant only], warm growing caesiptose epiphyte or lithophyte with distichous, grasslike, held in a fan, narrowly linear-filiform, subulate, acute, arcuate leaves that blooms in the later spring through later summer on a lateral, erect, filiform, 4" [10 cm] long, 1 to few flowered inflorescence with narrrowly triangular, acuminate floral bracts
