Common Name Rutenberg's Angraecum [German Orchid Collector Madagascar 1800's]

Found in Madagascar at elevations of 1500 to 2200 meters on tree trunks and more often rocks in dense heavily shaded forests as a miniature sized, cool growing lithophyte or epiphyte with a short stem carrying stiff, leathery, somewhat keeled, dull dusty green leaves and blooms at various times of the year on a axillary, 1 1/5" [3 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence.
