Common Name The Thin-Membraneaceous Leaf Bulbophyllum

Flower Size 1.2" [3 cm]

Found in Perak Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak, Sumatra and the Philippines at elevations of 800 to 2300 [2700] meters in swampy forests, lowland forests, lower mixed, open montane forests as a small size, warm to cool growing epiphyte and ocaisional terrestrial in humus deposits and moss cushions with ovoid, somewhat flattened pseudobulbs carrying a single, apical, rather thick, ovate to elliptic, light to medium green leaf that is conduplicate below into the petiole and blooms in the summer in situ in Borneo on a basal, 2 to 3" [5 to 7.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence with ovate floral bracts and slightly fragrant flowers.
