Found Venezuela, Guyana, northern Brazil and Peru in rain forests at elevations of 50 to 200 meters as a miniature sized, hot, erect to subpendulous growing epiphyte with an elongate stem and carrying a single, apical, shorter than the stem, subterete, acute leaf that merges below into the stem
