Found in Costa Rica, Panama and Colombia at elevations of 900 to 1600 meters as a medium sized, warm to cool growing epiphyte with a short broad pseudobulb that blooms with a terminal, racemose inflorescence with 20 to 24 flowers ample sun, spring and summer waterings and less in the fall and winter.
