Common Name The Heart-Shaped Leaf Pleurothallis
Flower Size 1 1/14" [3 cm]
A solitary flowered, successive bloomer on a short, apical inflorescence that holds the flower close to the leaf base, and is found in Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador in cloud forest at elevations of 850 to 3200 meters as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with erect, slender ramicauls enveloped basally by 2 to 3 close tubular sheaths and another longer one below the middle and has, spreading to horizontal to acutely deflexed, fleshy coriaceous, acuminate, narrowly cordate, light green leaves with a long, terete petiole.
