Found in Jamaica, Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica and Colombia at elevations of 800 to 1500 meters as a miniature sized, warm growing epiphyte with coriaceous, linear-lanceolate, acute to obscurely tridenticulate, gradually narrowing below into the elongate, petiolate base leaf that blooms in the fall and winter on a single, short, 1 to 3 flowered inflorescence,
