Found in Peru without collection data as a small sized, cool growing epiphyte with slender, erect ramicauls enveloped by 2 to 3 tubular sheaths and carrying a single, apical, erect, coriaceous, elliptical, acute, gradually narrowing below into the slender, petiolate bse leaf that blooms in the summer on a slener, rigid, roughly scabrous, distichous, slightly flexuous, 3.2" to 4" [8 to 10 cm] long, loosely flowered below congested above, successively many flowered inflorescence arising from lowon the ramicaul with obtuse floral bracts
