Found in Borneo in peat swamp forests at elevations near sea level to 1300 meters as a small sized, hot to warm growing epiphyte with quadrangular, densely leafy stems carrying many, oval, rigid, unequally bilobed, darker above leaves that blooms in the spring on a short, saingle flowered inflorescence
